Pre-coated metal (PCM) , is toll coated metal prior to fabrication processing to become various finished products.
Yieh Phui (China) has developed conductive PCM smooth and coarse colour PCM surface metals using high technology toll rolled coating processes. The products not only meet the RoHS environmental standards of the European Union, but also have been appraised by the State Science and Technology Commission and the Economic and Trade Commission, and the performance and quality of the products have achieved international leading standards.
PRODUCT ADVANTAGES

PCM usually refers to the surface treatment of the substrate and then coated (roller coating) or bonded organic film and coating products, which can be further processed into the final product.

PCM turns the traditional spray coating into a continuous coating of steel plates, which is far more uniform, stable and ideal than the quality obtained by spraying or brushing a single piece of molded metal surface, and the process is more environmentally friendly.
