PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

DuPont^TMTedlar^® PVF is a Polyvinyl Fluoride material invented by DuPont^TM in the United States in the 1940's and put into commercial application in 1961. For more than 60 years, it has been widely used in Aerospace, Building & Construction, Solar, Graphic & Signage and Wallcoverings etc.

PRODUCT ADVANTAGES

Tedlar^® is mainly available as a thin film of different thicknesses, which can be laminated to form a protective surface.

SUPER DURABLE

1. Provides a protective barrier against most stains and cleaning solvents, including: bleach, alcohol, ketones (acetone, MEK), strong acids and bases.
2. Resistant to abrasion and scratches ensuring that the colour of the finish lasts years as when it was installed.
3. UV-resistant, aging-resistant, prevents colour fading and yellowing.
EASY TO CLEAN

1. Day to day common stains are easily removed.
2. Strong chemical resistance and solvent resistance, can be repeatedly scrubbed and disinfected.
3. Standing or dried stains can also be completely removed without trace.
MOLD & MILDEW RESISTANT

1. Does not support the growth of mold and bacteria, does not contain any added fungicides (ASTM G21/JIS Z 2801/UL 2824).
2. Does not contain formaldehyde and other volatiles, and has green certification (Greenguard Gold Certification).
3. Aviation-grade flame retardant and low smoke toxicity, civil aviation cabin interior materials standards (ASTM E84 Grade A / GB8624-2012 B2 / laminated steel can reach A2).
APPLICATION FLEXIBILITY

1. Can be laminated with different substrates to realize a variety of application scenarios.
2. Flexible installation process, can be applied to any flat surface or assembled wall panels.
3. Different textures allow for a variety of styles and effects (wood grain / stone effect / fabric).
