In order to further enhance the professionalism of the team and enhance the awareness and ability to serve customers, on 16 August, the Steel Department of Shanghai ENP invited Mr. Wang Junqin, Senior Manager of the Technical Department of Yieh Phui (China), to carry out new product training. This type of training continues to be the common growth of Yieh Phui (China) and ENP, and the two companies will work together to actively promote new products.

Recycled Content Galvanized Steel, New Product, New Brilliance

Training Introduction

In this training, Mr. Wang Junqin, Senior Manager of the Technical Department of Yieh Phui (China), introduced the green carbon steel process and the performance of recycled content galvanized steel products to colleagues in the Steel Department of ENP.

Peaking of carbon emissions and carbon neutrality (referred to as "dual carbon") are major national strategies, which are related to the sustainable development of human society and civilization. Under the background of "double carbon", the transformation and upgrading of building materials is imminent. Therefore, the development of green building materials is an important measure to promote the transformation and reform of China's building materials industry and promote green development, and it is also an important path for China's construction field to achieve carbon neutrality.

Tested by Yieh Phui (China) Central Laboratory (CNAS qualified) and SGS, the chemical composition of the substrate of Yieh Phui's recycled content galvanized steel products meets the specified standards requirement of cleanliness of the substrate and the surface friction coefficient, the bending performance, mechanical properties, and grain structure state were all excellent. The surface impedance, neutral salt spray test, aging hardening evaluation and other aspects of the performance were also excellent. The detection of harmful substances meets the requirements, making it a high performance green building material.
