FUJITSU VISITS YIEH PHUI (CHINA)

Recently, Deputy General Manager Mr. Chen and Key Account Manager Faith Fu of Shanghai ENP accompanied a delegation from Fujitsu General (Shanghai) for a site visit and inspection at Yieh Phui (China). The delegation was warmly received by Mr. Li, Assistant General Manager of the Technical Department, Mr. Peter Huang, SR. Assistant General Manager of the Marketing and Sales Department, Mr. Ming-Chuan Li, Associate Director of the Sales Department, and Mr. Yunpeng Zhang, Sales Manager.

Fujitsu Limited, founded in 1875, primarily manufactures air conditioning systems, communication systems, and electronic-related devices. Air conditioning is one of the pillar industries of Fujitsu General Limited, which has established global air conditioning production bases in Japan, China, Thailand, and other locations. Its products are exported to 117 countries.

In recent years, ENP and Yieh Phui (China) have provided high-end home appliance steel for Fujitsu General’s air conditioning business, establishing a strong cooperative relationship. During the visit, the heads of Yieh Phui (China)’s Technical and Sales Departments accompanied the delegation throughout the tour, providing detailed introductions to Yieh Phui’s production processes, technological innovations, and quality control systems. The atmosphere on-site was lively and engaging.

As the core element of this exchange, the Fujitsu General (Shanghai) team engaged in an in-depth discussion with Yieh Phui’s technical team on cutting-edge industry technologies. The two parties focused on sincere communication regarding production process optimization, technological research and development directions, and practical applications. This not only deepened mutual understanding but also provided valuable insights for further collaboration moving forward.。

DUOWEI GROUP VISITS YIEH PHUI (CHINA)

Recently, Deputy General Manager Zhu Hu of Shanghai ENP accompanied a delegation from Duowei United Group on a site visit to Yieh Phui (China). The delegation was warmly received by Mr. Chih-Chien Cheng, General Manager of Yieh Phui (China)、Mr. Peter Huang, Assistant General Manager of the Sales Department,Mr. Ming-Chuan Li, Associate Director of the Sales Department and others. During the visit, they had in-depth discussions on the production technology and innovative applications of PVF-coated steel coil "SHIELDTECK".

Duowei United Group is a leading domestic provider of integrated building metal enclosure system services. The company has a strong focus on the high-end building metal enclosure industry, forming a core product system centered around “New Third Board” (wall panels, roof panels, floor decking) and steel structure products. It has served over 10,000 clients, with its products sold in 74 countries and regions worldwide.

UV AND AGING RESISTANCE

PVF coating has excellent UV and aging resistance, the surface of the coating will not chalk, fade or suffer other effects of long-term aging. Some project references show that after 30 years of exposure to the South Florida sun test, the surface of PVF coated steel did not have any significant colour changes.

CHEMICAL RESISTANCE

PVF paint coated or PVF laminated have excellent chemical resistance to all types of acids and akalis (e.g. salt spray, strong solvents, alkalis and sulphuric acid) and protect the substrate against corrosive environments.

EXCELLENT BENDING PERFORMANCE

PVF laminates can achieve a bending performance of 0T, without cracking, and can provide reliable and long-lasting protection for any tight forming or bending of the product.

EASY TO CLEAN

PVF paint coated or PVF laminated steel are easy to clean and resistant to dust and dirt. It is also chemically inert and can be cleaned with various cleaning agents, reducing maintenance costs.
