To ensure the effective implementation of the 2025 goals and align the entire company’s vision and objectives, ENP held its 2025 Annual Kick-off Meeting on 16 February. The meeting focused on reviewing past achievements, planning for the future, and conducting in-depth discussions on the current status and strategic initiatives for core business sectors from multiple perspectives, charting a clear course for development in 2025.

The meeting commenced with an opening address by General Manager Mr. Shen. In his speech, he fully acknowledged the achievements made in 2024 and expressed heartfelt gratitude to all employees for their hard work. This presentation established a solid foundation of confidence and strategic clarity for the new year. For 2025, the division has adopted "Steady Progress Through Innovative Breakthroughs" as its guiding principle, formulating concrete development objectives focused on product portfolio optimization and distribution channel enhancement. These strategic priorities are designed to systematically strengthen the division's core competitive advantages in the coming year.

The Battery Steel Division has developed its 2025 growth strategy following an in-depth analysis of global power battery installation volumes and pre-nickel-plated steel consumption trends. Based on comprehensive market research, the division has established three key strategic priorities for the coming year: First, strengthening market influence by focusing on structural growth opportunities in high-potential segments. Second, expanding customer channels through establishing stable and efficient communication mechanisms with key partners. Third, elevating customer service standards by gaining deeper insights into client needs and building closer value-based relationships through customized solutions, thereby fostering long-term mutually beneficial partnerships. These well-defined strategic initiatives are expected to generate strong momentum for the division's development, positioning it for significant breakthroughs and outstanding achievements in 2025.

This strategic triad reinforces the division's commitment to maintaining its market leadership in high-end, personalized space services while creating sustainable growth momentum through channel optimization and service innovation.

Moving forward, the focus will be on targeting key projects in industries such as tobacco companies, power plants, chemical plants, and non-ferrous metallurgy, while actively exploring emerging sectors and project opportunities to further drive the business growth of ENP.
