The Steel Division, as the main business division of ENP, embodies "steady progress in action". During the kickoff meeting, the Steel Division reviewed last year’s achievements and set clear 2025 goals to further penetrate the market, meet diverse customer needs, and strengthen its industry leadership.

ENP Industrial's Deputy General Manager and Head of Steel Division, Zhu Hu declared that the Steel Division charges into 2025 with unstoppable momentum! Over the past year, our entire team has forged ahead against the current and grown through challenges, laying a solid foundation through hard work and dedication. Facing new challenges, we charge ahead with "greater resolve when the going gets tough", breaking barriers with the bold spirit to "reshape the future" through innovation. Amidst market volatility, we forge an unyielding "iron-army spirit" to conquer challenges; through industry cycles, we harness the power of unity. "Victory belongs to those who share one purpose; prosperity to those who weather storms together." In 2025, ENP's Steel Division will power forward with solidarity, writing a new chapter through relentless action!

During the kickoff meeting, ENP's Interior Division thoroughly evaluated its 2024 performance, identifying both accomplishments and areas for improvement while strengthening organizational risk preparedness. For the new year, the division has established a clear roadmap: systematically building robust sales channels by optimizing existing resources and actively developing new distribution partnerships; driving implementation of signature projects that demonstrate market leadership; and enhancing management efficiency through standardized processes. This comprehensive approach positions the team to achieve its ambitious 2025 objectives through disciplined execution and continuous improvement.

ENP Industrial's Deputy General Manager, Head of Interiors Division, Una Chen reflected on 2024 as a year of collective growth and camaraderie: "Together, we learned, fought side by side, and built a solid foundation of experience, resources, and capabilities." For 2025, she emphasized a fresh start with renewed focus: "Each team member must own their responsibilities, set clear objectives, and maintain relentless drive. As we begin this critical year, we will enhance accountability, pursue ambitious yet achievable goals, and balance operational excellence with innovation, striving to become the industry's benchmark."

As a key initiative aligned with industry trends, General Manager Shen Congkuang chaired the Battery Steel Division's kickoff meeting. With 2025 poised to be a breakout year for large cylindrical power batteries and pre-nickel-plated steel demand, Shen set higher expectations for the team, leveraging ENP's deep technical expertise and established client base in pre-nickel-plated battery steel to achieve record sales and profitability.

Head of Battery Steel Division declared that the focus on the pre-nickel-plated steel market, we will strengthen our market position through strategic client acquisition, long-term partnership building, and value-driven service.
